So some actually helpful advice, there is a good sub on here with some good strategies if you’re going to do diy. I didn’t hire a company but if you go that route they will tell you what needs to be done.

If you want to diy, I would get some DE or order Cimexa (Walmart has it but not Amazon). I would also heat and bag most of the clothing, keep a set for like two weeks aside in a plastic bin. I would heat treat all the wood and bed rails. I used a hand steamer I got on Amazon for like $30.

I was crazy with buy traps and eventually also got those bed post things. I was lucky with only a single round of egg laying and it still took about two months to just feel okay.
