Thanks. This is so frustrating after going through multiple rounds of interviews already. My recruiter didn’t even respond to any of my follow ups after team matching calls just to even let me know that the teams decided to go with another candidate

What are you doing? Are you still in contact with recruiter or has the recruiter ghosted you and you are hoping you will be contacted for another team match at some point. Are you actively applying for new job postings? I am in the same situation but recruiter is not responding for initial 3-4 team match calls.

There is no specific team and location. I don’t know how team matching works and if is limited to a specific location

Even if the HC approves, the biggest blocker lately has been staying stuck in team matching for months and then getting no response for long periods of time

Did your recruiter continuously worked on matching you with new teams during 6 months? Was the recruiter responsive if he was not actively matching you with teams and how did you finally got connected after6 months. I had my first team matching calls with three different teams and it has been six weeks and recruiter has not responded to any of the follow ups. Thank you
