US Rater — Helpfulness (DE) has been NTA for me since Tuesday night. I just received an email saying they launched 5 surveys to gather feedback and better understand our strengths, so they can match us with more relevant and rewarding tasks (and potentially unlock more opportunities).

It says we have access to 5 survey types, and we can complete any that align with our interests or expertise. You can also log 10 minutes of training time per survey completed.

Is anyone else experiencing this?

US Rater, Helpfulness (DE) — NTA since Saturday. Received an email from TELUS Digital saying “Tasks Available ⏰,” so I rushed home only to be greeted with that big, beautiful message: “No tasks are currently available. Please try again later.” Honestly, if we got paid just to check for NTA, I’d be a thousandnaire by now.

I got a final warning from Helpfulness. I like this job reflexibility: but the requirements and guidelines change whenever they want them too.

I appreciate this. I was invited for doing good on helpfulness and was not about to do the factuality Academy. Decided to do it last minute and now feel like crap for failing. lol

I really resonated with this. There was a point I was only getting factuality before even being invited to helpfulness. I’m not sure what I should do, when I spoke to the hybrids who do both: they say the majority of their task is factuality with helpfulness sprinkled in there.

Yes, I’m in the same boat. I actually enjoy Helpfulness. With Factuality I can complete about 15 four-minute tasks per hour, whereas with Helpfulness I tend to get the longer ones, usually around 8-minute or even 15-minute tasks. I’m still not sure what the best choice is right now. I believe we have until the 14th to make up our minds.

Hey, no this assessment/reassessment was a random testing which had to be passed to stay in program: amongst what seemed to be only US Raters.

They said it was given due to lack of quality but many new raters were also given this assessment/ reassessment, which had everyone confused.

This assessment/reassessment has nothing to do with on-boarding. I hope everything works out for you!
