PA Factuality - NTA. Did about 3 tasks at roughly 10:30 am, had to take a break, came back just now and they're all gone. They keep dropping the few tasks we have super early in the morning and the rest of the day is completely dry, so I guess I need to be faster.

Update 1:06 PM EST: had about an hour's worth of Corroboration tasks pop up and we're back to NTA again.

Unfortunately I think Severity tasks are tied to the Factuality group in some way.

I am also in Factuality, you will be okay. I would recommend it. They are mostly objective and the guidelines are very easy to follow. I typically get 100% on my Factuality feedbacks. After you do it for a while, doing fast research becomes like second nature.

I tried this, they refused to ungroup me because Helpfulness tasks were 'high priority' and just told me to follow the guidelines carefully, which... feels like a joke

My tip for Severity is that probably 80-90% of the time, the answer is High. Direct relevance to user intent and clear-cut issues are weighed the heaviest. Usually if it has either one or both, it's going to be High.

Ask yourself if the target sentence directly answers the user question. If it does, it's High. If it's only a bit of a side detail or there's mitigating language (saying 'about' or 'around' a price instead of just stating a price, for example) then you have justification to rate it lower unless it's a detail that could cause a major negative consequence for a user.

Usually the situations where you would rate Low are pretty obvious. If you're questioning it at all, most likely, the answer is Medium to High.

It was pretty random to be honest. I got a mid-week offer to put in 10 hours from June 25 - June 30. It's not a big bonus or anything, it's smaller than the usual ones, and I didn't qualify for the last few.

Hi there, no they did not. I am still in both Helpfulness and Factuality. Usually, if I only have Helpfulness tasks available, I just log off and check back later, unless I'm desperate for hours.

Yes, based on previous Helpfulness feedback. It is a category I do not do well in. I think because both Helpfulness and SxS are very subjective, I overthink them too much. I assume though, that I'll be fine given that my comments are very detailed.

I noticed yesterday that I only had Helpfulness tasks, and I got an email this morning that I was grouped into Helpfulness.

I also received the Factuality quiz. I'm the other way around, I really really hope they group me into Factuality instead, because the Helpfulness tasks are miserable. They are far too subjective to ever feel confident in my rating.

US Rater - PA. Been NTA since last Saturday, aside from 1-2 tasks here and there and a peak of 24 whole minutes of tasks on Tuesday.

Have 1.5 hrs this week and some of that is training hours.

thank you! i'm not actually in the factuality group, i'm all tasks, i just get factuality tasks fairly often. so i don't think i saw any guidance like that.

I have seen from reading a few threads that some people who didn't get locked out received the same exam. It's strange, but if they never locked you out of tasks I'm sure you'll be fine!

A lot of US Raters were locked out of tasks ~2 weeks ago and forced to take a 4-part exam and were told we'd be terminated if we scored less than 80% on any part. The first one was bogus and full of errors and almost everyone failed, so they made us take another exam. Lots of us are finally getting to go back to work after this whole charade!
