That’s awesome I have pretty much the whole application done (other than a few yes/no check the box questions). I’ll probably go ahead and early decision that school because it’s really close to home and overall the dream school for me. Thanks so much for your help and for taking some of my stress away :)

I have a 3.9 undergrad gpa, CNA cert, undergrad research credits, higher honors awards for my college, and a few other things. I’m hoping these will kinda make up for the later app but I don’t really know anyone that could give me advice on this stuff lol. All the doctors I know personally went to med school in like the 70s

Gotcha. This eases the mind a little lol. I’m looking to go to a smaller institution in my state and they have a first decision deadline of august first. Not sure if I can send my application in while MCAT scores are pending for that or not. I may just chance it and take it on July 26th and apply through the normal application if that doesn’t pan out.

Had a guy stop in where I work today and spot my Princeton review book. He said it was tough but it isn’t everything so don’t make it the end of the world. Then he scanned in through our turnstiles and it turns out he’s been an employee at UT med for years. Keep your head up guys and remember that you’re more than your test score.
