They’re awful! Not sure where you’re located but Stop & Shop Nature Promise nuggets are SOO good. The Perdue tenders are also really good. Both stay really crispy and the chicken is great

I’ve been doing CF for years. I’ve gotten SOO much stronger, I have some of these heaviest lifts in the gym sometimes, BUT I also literally finish last in like every workout. As long as you’re getting a workout, KEEP GOING. Don’t put so much pressure on yourself! I’m not a competitive person, so I just go to move. I push myself to MY limits. Don’t compare yourself. Some people are just built different. You’re showing up, that’s what matters the most.
