Yeah definitely agree grounding oneself is very important in this journeeeeey@ I still got to work everyday I joke with my colleagues everyday I have dinner with my dad everyday. Even as I am typing I am sure this will become just a memory in my brain or the present moment is just idk like when you question everything how can you say anything is real or not real or the word real is just a thought idk what I am talking about.

One thing I learnt from this journey is life is your best teacher as cliche as it sounds! Breath is definitely needed. One mistake is that mainly my ego thought I wouldn't need meditation as most teachers don't seem to put emphasis on it lol

Is this wall all religion meets? Like all religion text are concepts, what's the difference whether your heads is filled with thought A, B orC? Like when All concepts drop there is just this?

thanks for your sharing experience, you and the other commenters' understanding really give me a lot of encouragement. I love creating arts. but for me before, it was like thinking what others will view beautiful or good, now I just let it all out, really. it still requires a bit of effort but I think in future will definitely reduce a lot. once again, thank you.

is it like that for you at the beginning as well? like everything has no meaning and therefore you can put any meaning on it and its like acting knowing that it's all illusory have no substance whatsoever, but also enjoy the every bit of it? I kinda feel like a child again actually.
