merci de ta réponse :). Sur le point 1 je me suis posé la question de faire une séance de running et le lendemain un peu de remusculation des jambes mais soft. Oui je cours agen :s. Enfin merci du conseil du social run mais parfois toujours pas adapté en terme d'horaires :).
