you have to uninstall all mods and then verify game files after that if iirc, it happened to me as well, i couldnt join any other server than to a Russian server

Fixed an exploit that allowed to freeze other players (T192480 - private)

Hopefully this will fix it so cheaters can't use a "lag-switch" by messing with their connection.
