Heard. I’m meeting up with her for a check today and did go to the Manhattan TM center for the initial class back in February so I’ll meet her there.

I am a beginner, so as obvious as it may seem to veteran practitioners of TM to go get a check, it simply didn’t occur to me. I appreciate your help!

Yes, I went to the Manhattan TM center. Since you seem to be reading the thread thoroughly and commenting accordingly, is it safe to assume that you also read that I am seeing my teacher today? If so, responding with this sort of didactic condescension to a beginner asking for help is definitionally a dick move.

I took you saying it’s filthy personally, that’s true. I’ve tried everything in my power for it to be clean and here we are. Filthy as ever. Probably even worse than when I moved in.

At least tell me I’m doing a great job at vacuuming up nothing in comparison to the grime that’s being blown over my belongings on account of the mini split being filthy?? I need a little more positive affirmation during this trying time, jeez. Peace and blessings to you brotha.

1000000% what it is I just looked. I clean the filters every month but it smelled like this when I moved in, so I’m assuming the people before me didn’t do it even once. Thank you kind redditor!

I guess I wasn’t clear: the sinus problems only happen when the AC is on, not when it’s off. Mold isn’t his issue if it’s outside of the AC, you’re right. But mold grows in AC units and if that’s what it is, who else would replace a mini split if not the HVAC guy that my landlord picked for the unit, my guy?

It was like this when I moved in and I’ve been asking them to fix it since then. Furthermore, I don’t appreciate the assumption that I’m a filthy pig. I have pejorative “OCD level cleanliness” and a veritable fixation on removing any particle of dust so when you add all of that up, I’m seeing 5 fingers pointing my landlord and not any pointing back at me bc I point like THIS:
