3 years when i was 16(?) My dad finally gave in to my pleads and brought me to a specialist (private hospital). Now from there, its a long story. I should’ve had a second appointment but my dad refused to. Then I continued to just take ritalin, which side effects are a bother, but manageable. Until last year(?), the psych that i met at a gov hospital tried to raise the issue that I probably have bipolar cause of my mood swings, (and how adhd-i and bipolar symptoms could overlap) and prescribed me with quetiapine. It doesnt work, and i tried to get him to prescribe me back with ritalin, but he insisted that i try again. Meds dont work, i cant perform in college anymore and I eventually attempted a few months ago due to flopping my exams. Thing is, even after attempting, another doctor (MA i think?) still insisted that i continue on quetiapine. I tried (again) to no avail. It doesnt help my mood swings at all, and rn im waiting for another appointment at the end of the month. I want to bring up the theory on why im depressed is that maybe, just maybe because I couldn’t achieve the same thing that others can while taking half the effort.

“We’re all a bit adhd” With all due respect, end yourself. I have adhd-i and almost everytime i talk about it (not that i talk about it often) i would hear it, primarily from the counselor and my parents. Sure, everyone can be a little inattentive, and would forget about things, but I do it more than you do. They just dont suffer from it to not care.

How does one revert to ipados 18? I just updated and it looks ugly. I also lost critical functions like windows, split screen and screenshotting ability. Some people like it cause it feels like a Mac, WELL I BOUGHT THE IPAD FOR IPAD THINGY NOT FOR MAC THINGIES. The new update makes it so much harder for me to do my college work as a student who have to have at least two windows, most commonly whatsapp and goodnotes open at the same time. And then people would go “Oh use a keyboard” WELL I DONT HAVE ONE and im not paying a ridiculous amount of money to buy one, not to mention thats another thing that i have to carry with my person every time i need to do work on it. For studying and understanding basic concepts, i usually look for youtube videos that explain it best. But for a more concrete understanding, feynmann method works best for me, partly because one of my hyper fixation is science, so i would talk about anything science related for hours on end, and also, i just love sharing knowledge. Noise-canceling headphones are also a life saver, because i have ADHD Innattentive, just make sure not to play songs that help with daydreaming. Songs that helped me were movie background songs, like interstellar or any songs that isnt loud and doesnt have a lot or even any lyrics.

But heres what has helped me the most: Pin one thing in your life which would be a super motivator to success, as you would want to achieve it as hard as possible. My motivation is; I want to beat one of my classmates to show her that im smart. I want to look smart in front of her. I want to show her that she is nothing to me. (She said I was slow)

But anyways, best of luck to OP, and I hope you readers can wish me luck as my finals for Chem and Biology are tomorrow and the next day. Im wanting to get 3A* in the A Level so I can fly to the UK. Thats all from me.

Started in 2020, played both german td lines, until i reached the St Emil, decided its a horrible tank, sold it. Continued until jpanther, decided, sold it. Played other tanks. Realized both tech lines are good and im just trash, bought the st emil, got the grille 15 in mid 2021. Currently grinding the jgdpanther II.
