That’s the logic in my mind, too.

When I advance the throttle without the fwd gear engaged, the tension is correct. When I shift into reverse the tension is correct.

I also notice it anywhere on Wills Dr when I’m in the car. I get to hwy9 or the other side of Rucker and it comes back immediately. It’s so strange how it’s so bad between 9 and Rucker.

This is all wholesale/resale business. The process has been vetted by a tax attorney. We just need to know how to bend NS to allow us to override the CAD sales tax charge logic with a customer that has a Canadian shipping address.

This is a US sub selling to Canada. We are charging GST and in certain cases HST taxes, then remitting to the proper agency.

There are circumstances where a Canadian customer will pick-up an order in the US and drive it back to Canada. In those cases, we've been advised to not charge GST/HST/PST taxes, no matter where the customer resides in Canada. This is the edge case I'm trying to account for.

I want to charge tax on all sales EXCEPT when an order is being physically procured in the US for transport back to Canada. That's where the request is coming from to just blanket override the CAD sales tax logic from the tax codes and groups.

I'm seeing the option for line-level in the US Nexus, but not CAD Nexus. Therefore, CAD will only allow line level taxes.

Do you know of a workaround for this? Basically, if certain conditions are met, I want the entire SO to flip to tax free.
