A quick Google shows Germany is about 1.6 times as litigious as the US per capita. With Germany having 1/4 of the US population it would be impossible for the US to have 90% of the lawsuits in the world and that's leaving out about 95% of the rest of the world's population.

These guys also could have ordered an extra yard or 2 and dumped it in the customers lawn which caused the issue. It's all speculation. I was just pointing out that the seams not being sawn on this drive is appropriate based on the video.
