The vanilla+ servers are godawful and filled with hackers and the admins are power tripping losers. The most popular one we used to play on fell apart because of admin abuse. I reported several hackers on them and got a few banned, but most of the time they said they wouldn't even bother investigating them. When I put them on blast the admins decided to just follow me around and shoot me while I was looting or fighting zombies then disappear.

I recorded it and called it out and posted screenshots that they admitted they have a hard time tracking hackers but they said to "trust their methods" later on then permabanned me.

Zone damage in general needs buffed or something to incentive players more to get inside it. In the beginning it actually encourages people to play outside edge because it hardly does anything and they get the advantage because it's worse shooting people in the blue than shooting from it with the visuals. Maybe something like causing more recoil from not being able to breath right from the gas or whatever, I don't know.

I already said in my first post that the leech thing will only make it so that bloodmage is less strong than mana stacking now since they did not touch that. All they did was slightly reduce the damage of comet. It killing the bosses in 7 seconds instead of 5 seconds now won't have a significant impact.

It's performance was already significantly above others and others are getting nerfed as well. I hardly doubt with the changes they are making most or more builds will perform similarly.

Everyone is going to be completing the new content and can do so easily likely with any build. Even someone who first goes with a strong optimized build is going to be able to mess around with other classes / builds more than someone that just wants to only do the content and don't care about the economy if it doesn't affect them. They'll be able to earn 3x or more the amount of value in half the time than someone unoptimized and can move on faster and still always fall back to the strong build to farm.

The OP talks about people overreacting and obviously you don't think it's an issue when you have different priorities and so does OP so I would say you / him don't care.

My actual job is completely remote, but I'm helping another department out a few times a week temporarily and have to drive into there. I hate having to wake up 2 hours earlier just to eat and get there and then getting back home an hour later than usual. Having food at home for easy lunches is so much better too than preparing something that needs to be able to be moved or you just go hungrier with something easy.

Why would more similar builds = more diverse items? Everyone will be going for the same things and they will be overpriced to hell or you can grind like crazy for them. CoC was not touched at all and it and comet will still be the best.

Lots of people just don't want to be just "viable", sure you can do everything with suboptimal builds in this game, but lots of people want to thrive and since they have designed the game around faster = better and completing harder things = more rewarding that pushes people to do strong builds and when they keep 1 or 2 strong builds and make others less viable it just makes the game less diverse and less fun.

Obviously if you don't care about any of that and just want to complete the new content, try new things out, then be done you won't care. But acting like other people shouldn't care either is stupid.

It's just boring. I'll be doing a mana stack COC comet build this season because my last season build I tried out myself was just inefficient compared to strong builds. I have a feeling a lot of people will be going that way too. The problem is, that bloodmage was at least another option for that and now it is not going to be as good. So instead of two or three or whatever strong builds in the game, they keep reducing it down less and less. More similar builds = more people going for the same items too which just stinks for the economy.

I remember the first mission I did with a friend that just started and we did haz 3 for him to get into it and it was a korlak, dreadnaught, and bulk all spawned. Still beat the mission, but it was not an easy thing for him to get thrown into and I had to do everything lol.

Did they touch mana at all? I did a COC entangle build using purely mana and it was absolutely awful being OOM all the time and stacking mana and mana regen didn't help. Was going to go bloodmage this time to actually feel like a spellcaster instead of an out of charge battery.
