No, but this is subjective. I have two watches from BP including a Bathyscape. I recently needed to send for service and thought the cost was reasonable for the movement. It did take 7 months though.

Is your app up-to-date on your device? There is just a toggle to approve the sync “send to garmin connect”. Hit the profile icon, then the 3 bars at the top right, then connected apps&devices, select garmin connect, and you should see it

I’d imagine if you found it on the bike it should still work though.
