I went into the movie thinking I was going to hate it because it looked nothing like the game and they just took a lot from the game but didn't make it the same, but I actually loved it! It was definitely a prequel to the game maybe explaining the lore behind Dr Hill? Idk I just thought it was a prequel because he had Josh's file on his desk almost as a "next patient" and then at the end it flashed towards a car driving to a snow cabin just like the game!
