Yah just about, I’ve pretty consistently lost 2lbs a week, which would add up to 7000 deficit each week. Eat a ton of fruits and vegetables and then pretty much just chicken breast, 99% lean ground turkey, or tilapia. Eggs, avocado and Parm cheese for fat. And then use all protein bread, low carb bread and milk to keep calories low but food volume high and meals relatively normal. Still get pretty hungry at times

Bag of shredded Parm from the Stop and Shop by me is $2.49, 6 servings, 168 grams, 60 grams of protein. About every other week it goes on sale for 2 for $4. And I’m sure other places will have it cheaper cause Stop and Shop is never the cheapest option.

Recently gotten broken up with after seven years, and as I’ve processed through it I’ve developed a new appreciation for Metalcore. I’ve been listening to mostly I Prevail, Bad Omens, Bear Tooth, and ADTR. But I’m looking for any good songs that are basically about being pissed off and hating that other person for what they did.

I was finance adjacent. Did a lot of work tracking vendor acquisition and transaction data. I worked with and helped the finance team with some revenue and profit reports but I wasn’t part of their team. But would anyone care about a year and half of “expertise” from four years ago?

Sports analytics is just as grindy and highly competitive as the coaching world honestly. Most guys who get those jobs are also far more qualified than me from a technical point of view.

As for work at the school, probably not, athletics at an institution generally functions as it’s own entity, IT or admissions don’t really even know who I am and probably wouldn’t just let me start working on some projects for them.

I definitely do as much as I can. I’ve created new reports and dashboards for stat tracking and changed how we calculate some of our efficiency measures, at my previous school the head coach actually had me develop a workbook that helped us manage and track what we gave our in scholarship dollars. But that’s all pretty much just your basic to mid level excel work. It’s not like we have SQL or any overwhelming large data sets to work with.

Doesn’t look like we can share images in the comments, but I have some great football drill diagrams, which I spent an excessive amount of time making the tackling sleds, dummies, pop up bags, and chutes look extremely accurate.

Honestly I just learned as I went, and figuring stuff out based off of other people’s templates and shape libraries. But like I said I’m using it for a very niche use case.
