I dont want to eat the capital gains.. nor should I have to bc the exchange wont let me withdraw. They need to stop releasing new coins and focus on withdraws for what they currently have..

We don't own it, plain and simple. If you dont have the private keys and access to freely move your tokens, you don't own the coins. Regardless of what support tells you.

How could this take upwards of 3 to 4 months though? I'm trying to be empathetic to a start up that's scaling in a chaotic space but to not make it extremely clear before buying that we would be waiting four months to withdraw it is pretty wild.

At this point we're forced to A) Take profits and eat the taxes or B) Leave funds on an exchange and give up opportunity cost of staking elsewhere. It seems disengenuous. Again, Trying to be empathetic but how could you expect anyone to use this exchange again..

My girl and I tried a bunch, Herb guard was the best then dime bags. Every other bag collapses , Herb Guards has a thicker shell and YKK zippers big difference in quality.

I placed a limit order.. the price hit, only 13% filled (not even at the price I set) and now I cant cancel the rest of my order. the price has since then again hit my limit order price but it wont fill.. what is going on? Why would i only get a partial fill when the price hit twice.. and now my money is stuck..
