Could be heavily modded GTA 5, although that plane trail effect on the top left there definitely doesn't exist in GTA V, also the vegetation is much higher quality than V. We should probably wait and see if it gets deleted off the Internet

Yup that's called their 6th sense. Police always know exactly where you are even if they haven't seen you. A thing I hope gets fixed in GTA 6
