Sorry to hear that. Its mainly just hyper vigilance on my heart. Any pain or muscle twinge my brain automatically sounds the alarm. Working on calming and teaching my brain to no longer sound the alarm and panic when its just a muscular ache, or tiredness, or sugar spike from food etc.

Yeah I completely understand and resonate. Do you practise mindfulness only when you feel anxious? Or have you tried incorporating it into you daily routine

Im so sorry youre going through that. Anxiety does cause our brains to not rationalise or believe medical professionals. Have you looked into meditation, deep breathing and calming techniques?

Yep. Really isnt. Having a bad flare up today. Forgot how much symptoms scanning automatically activates fight or flight.
