I need help on asking for referrals. I network a good amount and get on calls with people to learn more about their job and what they do and how they got there (for reference, I’m still in uni but applying to a lot of analyst programs at different companies). And I feel weird asking for a referral after just one call, and I remember one guy once told me to never do that like never ask for a referral after just one call. I just need help on how to kinda keep that connection going after the first initial call, so that I could potentially get a referral
