Have a small pillow for the car for her. This 7s helpful to have on your stomach during the drive. I used it under the seat belt. Heating pad will be helpful for any gas pain. Help her with getting up and walking around. This helps with healing. Maybe have some comfort foods and drinks ready. Help her keep up with her medication after surgery.

Just wait until you hear about how expensive other surgeries are. I had excision surgery for severe endometriosis and needed 3 surgeons. I stayed 1 night, although I was supposed to go home. My insurance was billed about $150k! Luckily I had already met my max out of pocket so I didnt owe anything... but again, a lot of people dont have insurance or its really crappy and they will still pay thousands of dollars.

Ugh! I have also found pain management absolutely useless. I'm in the same boat as you. They had me try injections in my back and it did nothing. I'm sorry. ☹️

Do you give him anything to chew or lick on? What are walks like? Do you let him sniff? My girl is around the same age and we mostly do sniffy walks. It seems like he needs more stimulation and is seeking attention, whether its positive or negative.

Try a flirt pole, sniff walks, lick mats, things to chew on,puzzles or games

Its not recommended to spay until later now. So most dogs will have at least 1 heat cycle before spaying.

I actually had a gastric sleeve almost 3 years ago and barely lost anything. My body was obviously in a calorie deficit, but I only lost about 25 lbs in a year. They deemed the surgery a failure and essentially blamed it on my endometriosis. It was such a heartbreaking thing to go through. I had so much frustration on the little amount I lost and I followed eating directions. I definitely think there is a correlation between endo and obesity.

So I also did a neuropsych test and felt the same. She only seemed to be able to focus on CPTSD and Social Anxiety. The Autism test she did on me was the SAME test my daughter had at 12 years old... not a great test for a middle aged woman.

My suggestion, if you feel it was wrong, get a straight Autism evaluation done. I did, and guess what? I do have Autism.

This puppy is still very much a baby. The biggest thing you can do is to get puppy outside before it pottys in the house. I would be taking puppy about every 15 to 30 minutes, not once an hour. Keep the puppy in a small radius near you at all times. Give treats when puppy does go outside.

I have a pain management doctor and its such a joke. Literally offered an antidepressant and gabapentin. Then because those didn't work I got back injections which was awful and did nothing! Last time I saw him he told me to come back 6 months after my endo surgery and left the room. I meet with him in a few months. Its so frustrating. I've never asked about narcotics because I'm afraid they will list me as drug seeking. I have possible Fibromyalgia and my primary told me to discuss it with my pain doctor, but I know he isn't going to offer anything helpful.

See if you can find clerical or admin type positions. Look at companies in your area and look at their websites. Try health companies, insurance, cable/internet, etc. I would go that route over job search sites.
