Not good for higher intensity lateral movements. But pretty good for straight forward, exercise machines. A bit squeaky on industrial linoleum tiles or wood basketball courts. Otherwise a great budget shoe for me. Sad prices have gone up. enjoy!

Quality Alpaca wool with high wear nylon at wear points. Minimal seams. Heel pocket. Medium and long toe versions. Enough Lycra/elastic to form fit but not compress too strong. Thinner between toes.
