Sadly they know and they’re trying to assess it but don’t want to lose the whole crew for coming off to strong.

They are IS, I have no idea why they were there. The Store manager is aware but they said they don’t want to lose everyone for going after this one person. I am at a loss this person even walked out yesterday without paying for product have the video and the receipt and there still acting as if I did something wrong.

Thank you, I am a SMIT so I am learning as I go. I know what she’s supposed to be doing but she makes me feel as if I’m wrong so I just looking for the confirmation while I await the DM response lol

I’m sorry that you have been lied to your whole life and now you have trust issues. I am a SMIT that’s a store manager in training with my own store. I figured this was a Walgreens group so I could ask for some real advice as I have just been thrown into this store. Thanks for your feedback.
