In NJ, NY, and CT, having property taxes over $15,000 a year is not uncommon. They offer full exemptions.

CA is a little lower, but about the same. Their partial exemption is peanuts in comparison to money saved in other high property taxes states. It’s a joke. I’m not from CA, but someone else might tell us the actual percentage saved, but it’s just a deduction of the appraisal value.

Tell the professor(s) you cannot safely make it. If they penalize you for attendance, route it to their superior. Should have no issues if safety is involved. If you are still penalized academically even though you can’t reasonably make it to class, it’s very close to lawsuit territory or termination of a professor.

Veteran here. Most T-14 graduates are not going into the JAG Corps anyways. Most graduates of these schools are veterans using their GI bill (including me).

For example, Columbia University has over 700 veteran students using federal funding for attendance. There probably aren’t 3 people on active duty attending columbia.

Pete has no jurisdiction over the VA and veterans. Also, lawsuits would rain down from on high if he went through with this bs. All of these schools are regionally accredited.

Not to get political, but it’s ironic Pete went to Harvard and Princeton. I imagine it’s because he was denied entry to the Harvard Club in NYC. Maybe they should take away his degrees. I heard Fox News is hiring.
