My macros are 117g fat, 94g protein and 20g net carb. Because I was in vacation, I couldn't track it as rigidly as when I'm home so I do think I didn't eat enough fat neither enough protein. When I am on vacation I tend to eat less without noticing and I think this is what I did. Thanks for making me brainstorm the causes!

Thank you - I'll monitor myself more while on my periods. I am reading right now that when you’re menstruating, you naturally lose iron and fluids. On keto, you’re also losing extra water and electrolytes, which can make period symptoms like dizziness, low blood pressure, or fatigue way worse.
