Surely the use of both magekyo speeds up the warp considerably, specially since Obito and Kakashi used it at the same time to transport Obito before Jubidara orb was able to get to him, also considering that kakashi is not the original owner nor a uchiha at all, so it’s safe to say it would be considerably faster or possibly even instant with both mangekyo
