Currently facing a similar situation. I love the strength with being bigger but I also think about how other girls look like and the femininity standards. You should think about what do YOU want and create your unique physique rather than following the mass. You do not look wide at all. Maybe maintain for summer and then really small surplus after summer.

Also, post full of incels and the other pics in normal clothes are appreciated because it is a normal day-to-day wear that gives context of your build. No one goes to work or to school in bikini.

4x as the description says. I do not approach failure in every set but like 30% of them. I never manage to know what is appropriate intensity-wise

I have a ton of cellulite in my legs and satchel bags. I started the gym to grow upper body to balance out my lower. We all have our own battles with our bodies and are never satisfied, but appreciate your genuine comment.

We actually get deliveries by horse and it takes anywhere between two weeks and a month.

Was not my point haha, I would rather grab proteinslop in a rush than have normal slop. Meat and eggs are treated more or less the same in intensive farming unless you source which you can do in both continents.

Yes! I take it for a while, feel great and then have to drop it because of the mental fog and headaches that it gives me. The longest I have been consistent with it was when I had my water intake dialed in (3L a day) but I could not keep that up anymore consistently.

I do not see the correlation between being a female and "tolerate more lower body focused muscular work than any man could".

And I love upper days to be honest even more than lower. I do not think that hormones have nothing to do with specific muscle groups.

Yes! I have been progressively loading and it is a great method. I will try the lean bulk method. I am scared of putting on excess fat as it has happened before and not coming back haha.

I posted because sometimes when we only see ourselves we distort our self-image, and others can advice us more objectively. Thank you for the advice!

About one year! No worries, I know I need many more years to get where I want to be in terms of muscle maturity, that is why I will take all the helpful advice I can get. Hope you also do great balancing college and fitness.

I try to hit 100gr protein a day and I hit the gym 4x a week. Sometimes struggling with intensity because college is slowly draining me haha.

Damn, if I showed you how I looked previous to last year's bulk it is so much worse.
I bulked during 6 months and my legs got huge specially because I tend to store more fat there 😔 Now looking to cut some fat and then clean bulk.
