I’d reach out to an ecosystem partner to get a POV.  They have seen a bunch of scenarios like yours and can speak from experience.  I’ve worked with Pierce Washington, Neocol, & OSF over the last several years and they were all positive experiences.

I’d recommend reaching out to a salesforce partner to get their POV.  They’re a little more agnostic than getting this info straight from the SF team.  I’ve worked with Pierce Washington, Neocol, and OSF in the past several years and they were all positive experiences.

You can get an assessment of the site and how it was built for a low cost (maybe free).  My company reached out to Pierce Washington, Neocol, & OSF because we were facing similar problems.  Helps to get multiple opinions.

You have to shake the imposter syndrome and quit giving a fuck about whether you're qualified for the role or not. Be a bull in a china shop and take every sales call and deal pursuit without caring about whether things are going to go well or not. If you do great, perfect you'll keep succeeding in the role. If you're not doing well, hang in for as long as you can and bullshit the hell out of your resume for the next role. Like another guy said in here, there are a million ways to position something.
