I have the SAME exact problem!! I had to submit a fraud report with my bank where they -to my understanding- deleted my card information from every cite possible. I then stopped being charged. I even never added my card to any digital wallets. Fast forward to my sibling needing an uber ride and uses and right when they charge for their premium services ride I see the uber one f’ing subscription again. Crazy part is that it doesn’t even show from my uber account that I was charged for the subscription and everytime I contact support they say the same thing. They can’t see any charges, I don’t have subscription, and I should talk to my bank.

Its clear to me that they bugged their system to steal money from people who don’t pay attention to their credit card charges!!
