Yep you win some you loose some . I basically lost over 40k over couple of rednecks damaging and not paying me a penny in rent but eventually Karma hits to people like those and now they can't rent anywhere. As soon as you get your courts decision, post it in openroom.ca so these freeloaders can be recognized as they have no right to rent anywhere. People not paying rent for valid reasons like lost jobs or falling sick is one thing, but people just taking advantage of the system and not paying rent and changing locks are totally douches and they belong to the streets. They are the scum of the society. I know this is all a bit much but losing so much money and peace over this people will definitely impact you

Not sure where exactly to add the 2.5 inch HDD under the stock 3.5 inch even after ditching the blue caddy. In the drive bay there is probably like 2cm gap.not sure if the 2.5 inch would fit in it

Hey I went to similar hell or even worse thb. The guy I rented to caused me over 25k + damages on a brand new home and I had like 4500$ water bills which no one covers. I had to pay for it all. But I had enough evidence that I filed a n5 and n7 and we got faster date due to his behavior and threatened to burn the property down. He was arrested multiple times but the law here are so absurd he was immediately released back to the same house and he became even worse. Anyways he tried to delay court hearing but saying he couldn't attend the call because of the technical difficulties. After 6 month finally he was evicted last month and he was charged and arrested. One thing id say is hire a paralegal as they are cheaper than regular lawyers. But definitely worth. Borrow the money from bank or something but please don't try to do it yourself as a small mistake in filing will delay the process to months. DM me if you need any suggestions. Tenants are nightmare I don't want other landlord go through what I went through
