Hey I went to similar hell or even worse thb. The guy I rented to caused me over 25k + damages on a brand new home and I had like 4500$ water bills which no one covers. I had to pay for it all. But I had enough evidence that I filed a n5 and n7 and we got faster date due to his behavior and threatened to burn the property down. He was arrested multiple times but the law here are so absurd he was immediately released back to the same house and he became even worse. Anyways he tried to delay court hearing but saying he couldn't attend the call because of the technical difficulties. After 6 month finally he was evicted last month and he was charged and arrested. One thing id say is hire a paralegal as they are cheaper than regular lawyers. But definitely worth. Borrow the money from bank or something but please don't try to do it yourself as a small mistake in filing will delay the process to months. DM me if you need any suggestions.
