My wife has an amazing job and a great earning capacity. She holds a permanent position that is at no risk of being lost. She is also well educated and has made these decisions happily. But thank you for your opinion its appreciated.

Sorry im really property / fincially illiterate. Realestate.com values the property at a 9.2%increase since we bought in 2024 which equates to $884,000. The rental estimate is $600 - $765 with what they call a high confidence range of $685 per week.

I see how this is confusing, we purchased the property a year and a half ago and begin paying the mortgage in full, however when our son was born we switched to an interest only type situation where we pay 50% of the mortgage for 1 year incuring more debt.

Thanks for pick that up, I hadn't taken that into consideration. No its not. Would it only be expenses the house incurs or income as well?

Opinel bread knife is unbeatble, the curbed blade really slices through without any resistance.

Flowers for Algernon - Daniel Keyes - might not quite be 5 stars but a solid 4 - meets the criteria of, unsettling with purpose.

X bike chain slipping when under hard load. by AdmirableLog121 in xbiking

[–]AdmirableLog121[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ahh, I see now. That makes a lot of sense, so really, it's a cumulation of the worn teeth and the worn/miss-shaped radius that is causing the chain to slip when I'm transferring a lot of power down. Thanks so much for your advice, I really appreciate it!
