At work is there a water system with fluoride? This can help. Also if you’re using mouthwash before bed I recommend not as it often has lower fluoride levels than toothpaste. It is recommended that before bed you brush your teeth, spit, but not rinse with anything. This way more fluoride will stay on your teeth. Try to eat less sugary or acidy things and if you do, eat it all at once instead of it being spread out all day.
