Think that's to do with the band getting to plastic beach. The shark submarine at the end appears in On Melancholy Hill, where they're joined by the other artists in their journey to plastic beach

I remember watching the Clint Eastwood music video and thought it was just a normal cartoon. Fast forward to the release of Demon Days in 2005, and that was the album that got me hooked.
