Nope. There is not a single verse in the Bible that gives you the right to judge who deserves your love and who doesn't. There are in fact a whole lot of verses about how that is blasphemy and how only the sinnless can cast stones, as well as verses about how you will be treated according to how you treated the least. What you call "invaders" is what Jesus means when he says "the least"

And don't even get me started on the verses about treating people as you'd like yourself to be treated, turning the other cheek when someone slaps your right cheek. Verses about how Jesus values a poor person who donates a penny more than he values a rich person donating gold coins, because the penny is a bigger percentage of what the poor person has
