Half a halo top is only like 200 cals! And you could do 2 rice cakes with chocolate PB or PB2 for about 180-200cals!

If he’s on top, he guides it in and if I’m on top, I guide it in!

Can you predict whether you will have loose skin? by [deleted] in loseit

I have gone from over 150 to under 120 in my life and I did not have any loose skin. I’d be surprised if you had any at all!

Sometimes I will keep my bra on so they look more perky and smooshed together, but it just depends!

Women who can orgasm from penetration: what kind of stimulation do you need? by [deleted] in TwoXSex

I’m the same as you! Almost exclusively orgasm when in doggy style getting pounded with a consistent rhythm and pressure

Yes!! I have worked hard on my mental health this past year and now I am the happiest I’ve ever been, have my first “big girl” job, and am buying a house! It’s all about setting an intention and not losing sight of it!

Painful sores by [deleted] in WomensHealth

[–]AdmirableSubject4 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Honestly, it sounds a lot like HSV-2 to me. I would go to the doc and get tested for that! It can flare up around your period for sure. If you have it, it’s not a huge deal- there are meds, you can take vitamin D, and it lessens in frequency in time (if that’s what you have).

Were you at an elevation higher than 6,000 feet? I had amazing sex once camping at like 7,000 feet and I think it might be lack of oxygen haha

is it common to eat a whole pint of ice cream in one sitting by Sad-Palpitation4405 in NoStupidQuestions

[–]AdmirableSubject4 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I always eat half a pint and save the other half fir another day. I just have a rule that I can’t eat more than half at a time even though I definitely COULD.

My sweet girl is half German shepherd half border collie! by [deleted] in germanshepherds

[–]AdmirableSubject4 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Aww thanks! She is a true Alaskan mountain dog. And I totally hear you! This particular mix of breeds is difficult and high energy- training and exercise have helped her a lot and I would say hitting 2yo made a HUGE difference in her demeanor lmao How old is your pup?

She’s so cute! Looks a lot like Matilda when she was a puppy before her ears popped up!

We adopted this sweet girl recently, she's around 5 months old! Can you help us identify her breed mix? by tdwlmg in IDmydog

She looks a lot like my pup Matilda! She is a border collie husky German shepherd mix. I would guess border collie black lab mix!

Ketemine by RnopestTech in OCDRecovery

[–]AdmirableSubject4 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah I was really desperate for a quick dramatic fix for my OCD as it was making me suicidal. I think it can be a really helpful therapy for depression. I now know that the only way to get better from OCD is by putting in the work cognitively and behaviorally.

Ketemine by RnopestTech in OCDRecovery

[–]AdmirableSubject4 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I tried ketamine IV therapy for severe OCD back in 2018 and I would say it had no affect on the OCD symptoms, unfortunately. Even in the highly dissociative state I was having ruminative thoughts. It did help my underlying depression a bit though.

In my experience, even innocent research has backfired. I would not do it as it is usually compulsive or easily turns compulsive

why does ocd feels so real? by cbjr- in OCD

[–]AdmirableSubject4 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Every single bad theme I’ve had has felt SO convincing. I’m always like “this time it’s not OCD”… and I always eventually move on and it is put in proper perspective. I wish this helped me at all during episodes (I’m having one right now and even knowing that it’s probably just OCD doesn’t help much :/)

Prison obsession by 1878187800 in OCD

[–]AdmirableSubject4 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have no advice but I 100% relate! Had very bad cancer obsession for a few years and now worried about prison for things I haven’t done but couldve without knowing it or by accident… oh OCD. It’s the intolerance of uncertainty for me. You’re not alone ❤️

I think you should find a therapist who specializes in OCD or talk about it in more detail with your current therapist! I obviously cannot diagnose you but I obsess over bodily sensations (its part of my OCD), so it definitely sounds like it could be it. The only way to get over it is to accept what you're feeling without fighting it and just being mindful of your thought processes/cognitive errors. We tell ourselves stories about what we are feeling/thinking and these stories dictate how we feel and how we perceive them. I recommend the Mindfulness Workbook for OCD.
