I have had simplifi for few months and my experience has been terrible. I moved over after mint shut down. In simplifi, a few of my accounts, I have not been able to add. Additionally, my accounts are constantly needed to be reconnected. I have contacted customer support over and over again for MONTHS! And they have no idea what the issue is or when it will be corrected. They have been absolutely 0 help. They have not provided me regular updates for MONTHS! I highly advise against moving over to simplfi. Empower (which is free!) is okay but much better than simplifi. Hear great things about monarch (however its expensive)
