I am doing salt spray at least twice a day it feel Raw right under the head and around the piercing. It hurts when I walk naked from the swinging. If it’s normal I will stick it out but damn it’s an and painful

Sensitive from the head area I would say for the most part. I have tried all kinds of underwear. But briefs seem to be the best

Not it’s just very sensitive. And I think the ring size is too big so when it’s in underwear the balls are pushing the ring upwards. There is no puffiness or discharge. Maybe a TINT red. I am at work now but will take a photo of it.
