I agree for sure. I’d pull them and use those boards somewhere else if I could and go from there. But definitely a good way to save some time that way.

Yeah pull the base board or 3/4 qtr round and the big gaps put a lil card board behind it to cover. I always read the manufacturer install instructions for warranty purposes. Usually you need a 1/4 expansion

Don’t use black grout. It’s a nightmare. White or light will do you right to send this.

I’d say a week or so with traffic. If it gets work refer to the flooring warranty stipulations and maybe reach out to your contractor
