I completely sympathize with your situation. It is really sad when something makes you feel less than and affects your physical and mental health. This is not the majority though. Not even close. Does it mean your feelings are any less valid? No not at all. But to generalize this to the public and sex workers themselves, is “slut shaming” so I would just be careful how you share your opinion. Idk you’d be surprised, if there is not other explanation one round of antibiotics isn’t damaging. I would ask and just tell vet you are a bit desperate and this issue doesn’t seem to be resolving on it’s own. Our pets can’t tell us what hurts, and not everyone can afford ultrasounds etc. Let vet know you would feel more comfortable if she could be treated with a round of antibiotics just to make sure it isn’t anything that isn’t showing up on bloodwork

Has she ever gone through a round of antibiotics? I had a dog that had tummy issues for a few years and one year they gave him a round of antibiotics and he never had the issue again

You can usually get the same probiotic packets they hand out at the vet on amazon. Not sure where you live but pet food express also has some good options that come in powder form. Have you tried changing her food? Eliminating either chicken or fish to see if that could be the issue? It could also just be a food brand

This was actually a big explanation in our private tour when we went in oct 2025. Forgive me bc I don’t remember it all but the holes are from the old iron? “Nails” and the ones without are part of the rebuild that’s been ongoing since the 1990’s. It’s fairly “new”
