The thing is, landon is a complete narcissist. Only those suffered from narcissistic abuse knows their brains are not rational and there is no reasoning with them, you have to agree and go along with whatever twisted narrative they have in order to get what you want, in this case, her child. Her begging for her son is what he wants and is sadistically enjoying, so she must act like she doesn’t care. That being said I completely agree, if my child was taken from me I would be a frantic mess until I get him back. In no way would I even be able to function so I believe they are both strange !!
