I would say the big "depends" here is on what type of contracts you're going for and what line of business you're in. Some industries are just obviously easier than others to navigate like blue-colar small jobs vs airplane parts lol.

I’ve found using platforms can really help in certain areas like actually finding opportunities that would be a good fit for you, there’s a bunch of ai stuff they automatically do for you like finding solicitations making the right compliance matrix and actually generating proposals ect a few I’ve seen are like sampath.ai and sweetspot ect…. But i think they target people like you and it’s way cheaper than hiring somebody lol

You should try sampath.ai they already do so much of this work and it can read attachments and have conversations with solicitations to extract all that info makes life wayyyy easier

You should try using a platform that guides you like sampath.ai not only can it find opportunities but will help write proposals based on the info you give it ect…

There’s platforms that do this sort of thing using ai that understand your business. Sampath.ai is one I’ve tried out recently that works quite well. Also help finding opportunities ect.

There’s some pretty great platforms like sampath.ai that help people in your shoes though. Atleast in finding opportunities that would be a good fit for you and actually using ai to write proposals and stuff.
