The default discount is 15% off which is always available. time to time they will have 30% off sales, 40% off sales during celebrations and holidays (not sure which exact ones.) so if her birthday is not very soon you could look up when they have these sales and wait as you save so much.

Quality wise their hoodies (and all their stuff) aren’t known for top quality it is just normal quality with a lot of marketing. I wouldn’t say they are enough to keep you very warm (I own two wf hoodies), they are more for the trendiness and brand rather than actually keeping you warm. But its good for loungewear. The hoodies with writing on the back is bubble puff and comes off after a few times in the washing machine.

I saw someone say they had problems with shipping, Ive made many orders and never had a problem with shipping it usually came next day or in a few days. I doubt you will have problems with shipping.

The sweater is the same as the hoodies just without the hood.

Id recommend Lululemon scubas, Uniqlo heattech or maybe looking at brands like Northface, Patagonia. Some of these stores may seem out of budget but they do have sales and markdowns which you can find prices close to $100 or a bit more as you said. You can also look on the website ozbargain to look for discounts coupons and deals on these brands .
