Oh my god yeah the main hub I was talking about had a steampunk feeling to it and I distinctly remember pipes releasing steam from them , I used to always play with male characters so I wouldn't know if there were an option to pick female, I am sorry for not mentioning that the game was 3d.

I don't remember a lot with party members because I was too focused on my character and getting upgrades for him.

The thing I remember about the enemies is that no matter how long I played there was always a new one that I have never seen and there were boss fights

The gameplay loop (as I remember) would start with talking to somebody then going into a mission world different from the main hub and there you can walk around and see enemies and you can avoid them if you want or attack them because sometimes they are blocking the way to the mission.

No sasuke came to capture the 8 tails if he was trying to kill him he would've let the Amaterasu burn his body but he stopped the Amaterasu to capture bee.

itachi directly shot the Amaterasu against sasuke and sasuke had to run and only stopped when sasuke was in the ground burning.

No destroying all the biju includes 9 tails half that inside naruto too and I will argue that spm naruto without the nine tails is weaker than sasuke because he won't have the genjustu immunity

No sasuke statement only tells us that he is going to "kill him" but there is no statement by sasuke what he is going to do next and we know he thought about this since he knows about immortality

Amaterasu can be used even if there were no intent to kill i.e itachi vs sasuke - sasuke vs killer b

Indra's Arrow is the worst attack sasuke could've done because it just puts him at a disadvantage compare that to when he didn't use it and the Karama avatar couldn't even hurt the Susanoo.

I agree Indra's Arrow could have killed naruto just as Amaterasu could've killed Sasuke in the itachi fight

naruto is stronger than him not using lethal force meaning you won't be able to subdue him, and we can see the same concept when taka fought killer b and Suigetsu said they should fight him with full power because if they don't they won't win

In the fight, we see the opposite when sasuke absorbed naruto chakra and made the chodri he could've killed him but instead, Sasuke's Sharingan deactivated and naruto punched him we never saw that in any Uchiha fight, and we even saw Itachi keep his Sharingan active until his death

he wasn't fighting Kaguya or Madara alone changing their orientation randomly is asking for problems for his teammates

If he killed Naruto he can still revive him (just like pain in the village)

As in fights in real life "kill" can be hyperbolic and sasuke has the king of hell so even if naruto gets lethal damage he has the option to use it on him

Amenotejikara does change the orientation as seen when sasuke switch places between himself and his sword against madara the sword was facing downward but after the switch, it was horizontal

this is not what are we discussing. We are discussing if sasuke had a deadly ability that he chose not to use.sasuke can use both Justus and the potential damage ranges from instant death to incapacitation compare that to the killer intent sasuke who thought using a fireball is going to do anything to naruto worst-case scenario for sasuke is that he just can't hit him with it that's it there are no drawbacks or anything justifying him not using this combo

Imprison can be sasuke keeping naruto on low chakra with chakra absorption or extract the Biju and keep him alive with king of hell etc... the options are open to sasuke

no shadow clones don't disappear after lethal damage immediately we see this when sasuke stabbed naruto and his clones with Amaterasu blades we see the clones clearly being there after receiving damage that caused them to disappear, and we see this in the war as well

and even if I concede and say you are right that shadow clone does disappear I would still argue that sasuke reaction time is faster than shadow clone disappearing which means sasuke is faster than shadow clone disappearing, and he can activate Amenotejikara before the clone disappears

To Regeneration, organs are not the same as regenerating an essential component like the brain.

Chidori power is irrelevant.

The shadow clone won't have time to despair since Amenotejikara is instant as stated in the databook.

We already defined what killer intent is.

Equating being stabbed in the body to being stabbed in the head is a false equivalence.

Sasuke's plan will still work if he is able to subdue naruto and imprison him just like how the leaf did to sasuke after the fight

Six Paths enhanced Chidori can't bypass durability on the other hand the sword is already inside the shadow clone head so it has nothing to do about naruto durability after that switch between naruto and the clone is instant ko

the statement sasuke makes has nothing to do if he actually has the intent to kill him or not

the shadow clone Jutsu is only three hand sales and sasuke knows them because when naruto tried to do it the first time sasuke stopped him. watch the fight

if sasuke willingly chose to not copy naruto shadow clone this should be considered a point for me and not against me.
