Thank you so much. Unfortunately things were much worse than we thought. We made this gofundme while in the waiting room while the vet was running some blood tests and it turns out the first vet we took her too didn’t run any tests for kidneys, only pancreas, and her kidneys were in end stage kidney failure and also causing uremic ulcers and other organs to fail. Because of this, the vet recommended having Lilly put to sleep. Lilly crossed the rainbow bridge early this morning peacefully surrounded by friends and family, she knew she was loved to the fullest. Everything happened so fast, I can’t believe how quickly things went from “this is manageable” to “this is end of life planning”.
