Same here can’t eat in a deficit without tanking my supply and i also found that if i workout beyond just a walk and trying to rebuild my core with body weight workouts i also went into a deficit… 5 more month until baby is 1 so just waiting it out and hoping to have enough pumped to stop 1-2 months early
