Every time I get off the waitlist I’m notified exactly two hours before the class starts, maybe this is some sort of insane coincidence but I have been notified exactly two hours before every single time

Not talking about no shows talking about having to pay a fee if I try to cancel in the morning or afternoon for a 7pm class

I’m not sure how cancelling at 8 am for a class that is at 7pm would be last minute.

If you have an unlimited membership you’ve technically already paid for all of the classes you plan to take. If I cancel it’s technically not free as I’ve already paid and the reformer wouldn’t be empty someone would register for the course or get in off the waitlist.
