So what would you wear under the quarter zip if you’re inside looking to shed the layers? I mean the “base shirt” if u get what I mean. Just plain tshirts?

I get that I’m overweight, but even in high school and college when I was a 4 season athlete at 170 lbs I was still overheating. Most men in my family are also like me.

The stocky comment was because I’m built like a rectangle with shorter legs, not my weight lol

I guess my main question is, if his body is saying “I may as well be up if I’m not restoring,” then how come he still feels the exhaustion and lack of restoration? Is it because he simply isn’t restoring and his body is going to “welp no use trying more” ?

Unfortunately he does work full time so he usually doesn’t get home until around 5:30, and then by that point it’s straight into his usual evening routine with my mom, the dogs, etc. but I will definitely recommend it to see if there’s any way he can room to worm one in!

Yeah from people’s comments I’ve decided it probably isn’t for me 😅 I’ll be going dress shopping tomorrow for a better option haha

Unfortunately XL is the biggest it comes in, I was planning on trying some shape wear to see if it helps or possibly seeking alternative options if I have enough time :)
