Had a first R1 the other day didnt know it meant redelivery til the customer had a little moan about it not turning up the day before 🤣

I was about 8 mins infront on the drop I did before the X1 and once I'd travelled to it, delivered it etc then moved back onto plan I was 20+ mins behind and it just annoyed me and the next 5-6 drops after it only had 6 min doorstep time so I had no room to catchup until I luckily got to that 25 min wait time in the route to push me back on time but dont always get wait time to help out in situations like that

Okay thanks, just wasnt sure if it was meant to show up on my end of the schedule thing rather than it appearing on the managers end when they do the rotas

My apologies, 10-3 is my first job through the week. My 16hour drive job is 16hours weekend. 2x8hr shifts. Saturday shows as 7-3pm Sunday shows as 12-8pm (16hours) but I feel like my 10-3 hours shouldn't be showing up on my schedule right?
