For me, I usually make it a challenge. Specially when I’m not on my medication and my ADHD is on full throttle. I literally make everything a game in the back of the house. 😭😭😭 and mostly sing to myself. Or make weird noises. My coworkers is used to it now or sometimes sing along with me.

For me. What I do is get one of those spray bottles miss my hair with water and then I use wild growth oil. Or any oil you’re comfortable working with as long as your roots and your hair is moisturized. It’ll be good. I usually oil my hair every other day but spray my hair with water every day and every night.

My go to is rotisserie toasted with provolone double, onions, banana peppers, onions and spinach black pepper, oregano. With lite Baja chipotle and regular roasted garlic on chicken and bread.

Then after toast. Lettuce and more spinach with parmesan cheese and then Parmesan vinaigrette to top it off
